To date, their development has been limited by challenges in accurate detection of without hysteresis tear to track the blood levels. Here, long-term robust CGM diabetic rabbits is demonstrated using bimetallic nanocatalysts immobilized nanoporous hydrogels smart lenses. After redox reaction oxidase, facilitate rapid decomposition hydrogen peroxide and nanoparticle-mediated charge transfer with drastically improved diffusion via swelling hydrogels. The ocular sensors result high sensitivity, fast response time, low limit, hysteresis, sensor warming-up time. In rabbits, lens can detect levels consistent measured a glucometer device, reflecting concentration changes hysteresis. human demonstrates feasibility further applications.
