Chronic kidney disease (CKD) represents an increasing health burden. Evidence suggests the importance of miRNA in diagnosing CKD, yet reports are inconsistent. This study aimed to determine novel biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets from hypothesis-free profiling studies human murine CKDs. Comprehensive literature searches were conducted on five databases. Subgroup analyses diseases, sample types, stages, species conducted. A total 38 12 eligible analyzed using Robust Rank Aggregation (RRA) vote-counting analyses. Gene set enrichment signatures each DIANA-miRPath v4.0 MIENTURNET. As a result, top target genes, Ontology terms, interaction network between molecular pathways identified. According analysis, 145 miRNAs dysregulated 32 CKD models. By RRA, miR-26a-5p was significantly reduced tissue Lupus nephritis (LN), while miR-107 decreased LN patients’ blood samples. In both species, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, Notch, mTOR signaling, apoptosis, G2/M checkpoint, hypoxia most enriched pathways. These their genes must be validated large patient cohort studies.

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) and long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are two crucial classes of transcripts that belong to the major group (ncRNAs). These RNA molecules have significant influence over diverse molecular processes due their role as regulators gene expression. However, dysregulated expression these ncRNAs constitutes a fundamental factor in etiology progression wide variety multifaceted human diseases, including kidney diseases. In this context, past years, compelling evidence has shown miRNAs lncRNAs could be prospective targets for development next-generation drugs against diseases they participate number disease-associated processes, such podocyte nephron death, renal fibrosis, inflammation, transition from acute injury chronic disease, vascular changes, sepsis, pyroptosis, apoptosis. Hence, current review, we critically analyze recent findings concerning therapeutic inferences pathophysiological context Additionally, with aim driving advances formulation ncRNA-based tailored management discuss some key challenges future prospects should addressed forthcoming investigations.

Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is a serious complication of diabetes, and its progression influenced by factors like oxidative stress, inflammation, cell death, fibrosis. Compared to drug treatment, exercise offers cost-effective low-risk approach slowing down DN progression. Through multiple ways mechanisms, helps control blood sugar pressure reduce serum creatinine albuminuria, thereby alleviating kidney damage. This review explores the beneficial effects on improvement highlights potential mechanisms for ameliorating DN. In-depth understanding role mechanism in improving would pave way formulating safe effective programs treatment prevention

Diabetes is not solely a metabolic disorder but also involves inflammatory processes. The immune response it incites primary contributor to damage in target organs. Research indicates that during the initial phases of diabetic nephropathy, macrophages infiltrate kidneys alongside lymphocytes, initiating cascade reactions. interplay between and other renal cells pivotal advancement kidney disease within hyperglycemic milieu. While M1 react stimuli induced by elevated glucose levels early progression, their subsequent transition M2 macrophages, which possess anti-inflammatory tissue repair properties, contributes fibrosis later stages nephropathy transforming into myofibroblasts. Comprehending diverse functions regulating activity could offer therapeutic benefits for managing this condition.
