Introduction

diabetes
(T2D)
is
a
complex
metabolic
disorder
with

molecular
mechanisms

T2D

RNA

(scRNA-seq)

scRNA-seq

islet
cells
nondiabetic

patients,
identifying
differentially
expressed
genes
(DEGs),

ion
transport
(RMITRGs).
