Polyoxometalates
(POMs),
which
are
anionic
metal
oxide
clusters,
have
recently
attracted
considerable
attention
as
photocatalysts
because
of
their
unique
photoinduced
charge-transfer
properties,
redox
acid–base
and
reactivities.

we
present
a
summary
recent
developments
in
POM
photocatalysis
for
organic
synthesis.
