Abstract
Research
suggests
that
discounting
of
delayed
rewards
(i.e.,
tendency
to
choose
smaller
immediate
over
large
later
rewards)
is
a
promising
target
intervention
encourage
compliance
with
public
health
measures
(PHM),
such
as
vaccination
compliance.
The
effects
delay
discounting,
however,
may
differ
across
the
types
PHMs,
given
benefits
vaccination,
unlike
other
PHMs
(physical
distancing,
handwashing,
and
mask-wearing),
are
more
temporally
delayed.
Here,
we
examined
whether
predicts
engaging
in
COVID-19
approximately
7,000
participants
recruited
from
13
countries
June–August
2021.
After
controlling
for
demographic
distress
variables,

Abstract
Forecasting
the
short-term
spread
of
an
ongoing
disease
outbreak
is
a
formidable
challenge
due
to
complexity

which
can

characterized
through
interlinked,
multi-modality
variables
such

epidemiological
time
series
data,
viral
biology,
population
demographics,
and
intersection

frameworks

work
introduces
PandemicLLM,
novel
framework
multi-modal

Language
Models
(LLMs)
that
reformulates
real-time
text
reasoning
problem,

real-time,

non-numerical
information

textual
policies
genomic
surveillance
previously
unattainable
in
traditional
models.

approach,

AI-human
cooperative
prompt
design

learning,
encodes
LLMs.

trustworthy
predictions,
