In
recent
years,
polyhydroquinolines
have
gained
much
attention
due
to
their
widespread
applications
in
medicine,
agriculture,
industry,
etc.
Here,
we
synthesized
a
series
of
novel
hydrazone-based
polyhydroquinoline
derivatives
via
multi-step
reactions.
These
molecules
were
characterized
by
modern
spectroscopic
techniques
(1H-NMR,
13C
NMR,
and
LC-HRMS)
antibacterial
vitro
α-glucosidase
inhibitory
activities
assessed.
Compound
8
was
found
be
the
most
active
inhibitor
against
Listeria
monocytogenes
NCTC
5348,
Bacillus
subtilis
IM
622,
Brevibacillus
brevis,
ATCC
6337
with
zone
inhibition
15.3

0.01,

Abstract
A
highly
stable
and
efficient
heterogeneous
catalyst
was
successfully
prepared
by
hydrothermal
reaction
of
Zinc
nitrate
with
citric
acid.
To
produce
a
novel
Zn‐based
MOF
catalyst,
Zn
ions
were
coordinated
the
ligand
functional
groups
that
can
be
regarded
as
an
alpha‐hydroxy
acid
containing
three
carboxylic
acids
(COOH)
one
hydroxyl
(OH)
group
attached
to
three‐carbon
skeleton.
It
found
Zn‐CA‐MOFs
compound
participate
in
synthesis
5‐substituted
1H‐tetrazole
pyranopyrazole
molecules,
selectively
efficiently
high
yield
short
period
time.
As
presented,
demonstrates
excellent
reusability
stability
recycled
up
five
times
without
significant
loss
reactivity.
Heterogeneity
analysis
showed
no
leaching
active
species
occurred
during
recycling
process
Zn‐CA‐MOFs.

Bimetallic
Fe–Cu
MOF
was
effectively
synthesized
through
a
one‐pot
solvothermal
process
and
successfully
characterized
by
TEM,
XPS,
SEM,
XRD,
BET,
EDX,
elemental
mapping,
FT‐IR
analysis.
This
bimetallic
employed
as
catalyst
in
the
reduction
of
nitroarenes
at
room
temperature
well
dyes,
for
example,
methyl
orange
(MO)
methylene
blue
(MB).
Results
pointed
to
exhibiting
outstanding
catalytic
performance
both
reactions.
The
activity
comparison
with
Fe‐MOF
Cu‐MOF
indicated
superior
compared
single‐metal
MOFs.

change

recycling

An
efficient
and
heterogeneous

sulfuric
