Abstract Recent research has focused on applying blockchain technology to solve security-related problems in Internet of Things (IoT) networks. However, the inherent scalability issues become apparent presence a vast number IoT devices and substantial data generated by these Therefore, this paper, we use lightweight consensus algorithm cater problems. We propose scalable blockchain-based framework for managing data, catering large devices. This utilizes Delegated Proof Stake (DPoS) ensure enhanced performance efficiency resource-constrained DPoS being leverages selected elected delegates validate confirm transactions, thus mitigating degradation In implemented an Interplanetary File System (IPFS) distributed storage, Docker evaluate network terms throughput, latency, resource utilization. divided our analysis into four parts: Latency, utilization, file upload time speed storage evaluation. Our empirical findings demonstrate that exhibits low measuring less than 0.976 ms. The proposed technique outperforms (PoS), representing state-of-the-art technique. also approach is useful applications where latency or required.

Abstract Many researchers have been interested in healthcare cybersecurity for a long time since it can improve the security of patient and health record data. As result, lot research is done field that focuses on safe exchange data between patients medical setting. It still has issues with high computational complexity, increased consumption, cost all which an impact effectiveness performance complete system. Hence this work proposes technique called Consultative Transaction Key Generation Management (CTKGM) to enable secure sharing systems. generates unique key pair based random values multiplicative operations stamps. The then safely stored discrete blocks hash using blockchain methodology. Quantum Trust Reconciliation Agreement Model (QTRAM), calculates trust score feedback data, ensures reliable transfer. By allowing communication system analysis value, proposed framework makes novel contribution field. Additionally, during communication, Tuna Swarm Optimization (TSO) method employed validate nonce verification messages. Nonce message part QTRAM helps verify users transmission. suggested scheme demonstrated by comparing obtained findings other current state-of-the-art models after variety evaluation metrics analyzed test model.
