Abstract Retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) is the recommended treatment for renal stones up to two cm in size. As digital health literacy (e-HL) has become increasingly important promoting informed decisions and healthy behaviors, it necessary investigate its impact on RIRS outcomes. We aimed explore influence of patients’ e-HL level their postoperative quality life (QoL). conducted an observational prospective study 111 patients who underwent pelvis stones. Before RIRS, we evaluated using electronic scale (eHEALS). QoL was five-level EuroQol five-dimensional questionnaire (EQ-5D-5L) one month after RIRS. SFR determined by a negative CT scan or asymptomatic with stone fragments < 3 mm. Adult individuals aged 18 years older typical calyceal anatomy met eligibility criteria enrollment. Exclusion included ureteric stones, anomalous kidneys, bilateral The relationship between stone-free rate explored Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient. mean burden 14 ± mm (6–19 mm). overall 83.3% month. median EQ-5D-5L utility index VAS score were 0.826 (0.41–1) 70 (20–100) respectively, population. found that poorer associated being (p = 0.035), having less education 0.005), not access internet 0.001).
