Municipal solid waste handling carries occupational risk for handlers due to exposure diverse microorganisms and hazardous substances that cause respiratory skin infections. A cross-sectional study was carried out, 150 respondents were recruited using a simple random sampling technique. The sociodemographic characteristics, health-related complaints, health-seeking behaviour the bacterial fungal microflora of tract artisanal municipal some controls in Aba, Nigeria, determined mixed methods research design, involving use interviewer-administered structured questionnaires conventional culture techniques. Klebsiella aerogenes has recently been reported as a causative agent of folliculitis in men who have sex with (MSM). We present four cases MSM diagnosed Brussels, Belgium. Patients were aged between 25 and 50 years, all infected by single multilocus sequence type (ST117) strain. This strain carried the yersiniabactin siderophore genes. Abstract Hypothetical proteins (HPs) represent a substantial portion of prokaryotic genomes and may play critical roles in virulence, antibiotic resistance, epigenetic regulation. Klebsiella aerogenes strain G7, hypervirulent multidrug-resistant isolate belonging to the ST93 lineage, contains numerous uncharacterized that could serve as potential therapeutic targets. In this analysis, we performed comprehensive silico analysis structural functional characteristics hypothetical protein WP_000477209.1, selected from pool 472 HPs based on its conserved domain architecture predicted relevance. We evaluated physicochemical properties, subcellular localization, features using tools such ProtParam, CELLO, InterProScan, HHpred, PSIPRED, YASARA. The 294-amino-acid was be stable, hydrophilic cytoplasmic protein, with molecular weight 30.87 kDa theoretical pI 8.98.
