Intensifying agricultural production involves an active use of agrochemicals, which results in disrupted ecological balance and poor product quality. To address this issue, we need to introduce biologized science-intensive technologies. Bacteria belonging the genera Azotobacter Pseudomonas have complex growth-stimulating properties therefore can be used as a bioproduct increase plant productivity. We aimed create consortium based on strains Pseudomonas, well select optimal cultivation parameters that provide best synergistic effect. studied chroococcum B-4148, vinelandii B-932, chlororaphis subsp. aurantiaca B-548, were obtained from National Bioresource Center “All-Russian Collection Industrial Microorganisms” Kurchatov Institute. All test solubilized phosphates produced ACC deaminase. They synthesized 0.98–1.33 mg/mL gibberellic acid 37.95–49.55% siderophores. Their nitrogen-fixing capacity ranged 49.23 151.22 μg/mL. The strain had high antagonistic activity against phytopathogens. In particular, A. B-4148 B-932 inhibited growth Fusarium graminearum, Bipolaris sorokiniana, Erwinia rhapontici, while P. B-548 exhibited antagonism F. graminearum B. sorokiniana. Since all biologically compatible, they several consortia. greatest effect was achieved by Consortium No. 6 contained ratio 1:3:1. nutrient medium for 25.0 g/L Luria-Bertani medium, 8.0 molasses, 0.1 magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 0.01 aqueous manganese sulfate. temperature 28°C. microbial created our study has potential application practice. Further research will focus its development plants, particular cereal crops, under vitro conditions field experiments.
