Systemic inflammation phenotypic ageing have been respectively reported to associate with certain CRD. However, little known about the co-exposures mutual associations Here, we aim systematically elucidate joint mediating systemic immune-inflammation index (SII) age acceleration (PhenoAgeAccel) CRD based on data from National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES). Data for this study was obtained NHANES 2007-2010 2015-2018. The single combined SII PhenoAgeAccel were analyzed using multivariable logistic regression models. dose-response relationship between exposures outcomes determined by restricted cubic splines (RCS) regression. Subgroup mediation analyses further conducted. Totally, 15,075 participants enrolled in including 3,587 patients. Compare controls, patients tended be older, females present higher values. Single-index analysis indicated that either or demonstrated significantly positive association via regressions RCS curves. Furthermore, joint-indexes revealed compared individuals lower PhenoAgeAccel, those exhibited remarkably stronger (adjusted OR [aOR], 1.56; 95% CI, 1.31-1.85; P < 0.001), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (aOR, 1.22-2.00; = 0.001) asthma 1.40; 1.16-1.70; which predominant among aged above 40 years, smokers. (1) Background: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection remains a major health challenge. Although vaccination protects people from HBV infection, 5–10% of at risk and associated liver diseases do not respond to vaccination. The association hematological indices with vaccine response is crucial contributing factor in HBV-associated damage the outcome patients. In this context, we clinically assessed interaction between inflammatory parameters for first time. (2) Methods: total, 90 volunteers (44 non-responders 46 responders) were included retrospective study. demographic data hemogram recorded statistically analyzed. Additionally, systemic inflammation index (SII), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), neutrophil-to-lymphocyte (NLR) calculated. (3) Results: Our results indicate that higher median levels white blood cells (8.61), lymphocytes (2.37), neutrophils (5.71), platelets (280) determined compared responders. SII NLR significantly than responders (p < 0.05). (4) Conclusions: exerted indicators responders, value partially distinguished response. Nevertheless, further studies larger cohorts are essential confirm clinical utility as reliable criterion predicting responsiveness.
