Comorbidity is a characteristic hallmark of anxiety disorders. Presence comorbid and depression challenging to the diagnosis treatment. Conventional transdiagnostic treatment options for disorders strongly depend on use exposure. Recent compelling evidence suggests that beneficial effects exposure therapy are transferable across different fear- provoking situations might even affect depressive symptomatology.
