Among a large number of physical and chemical methods for obtaining materials with various functional characteristics, one the very interesting simple is sol-gel technology. Materials synthesized using technology have high homogeneity, which definitely big plus. At present, much attention paid study hierarchical structures based on tin dioxide. Since they are distinguished surface area, stable physicochemical properties, low cost production, friendliness method, permeability density. This article describes results synthesis in thin films The lyophilic film-forming system SnCl 4 /EtOH/ NH OH.
