Introduction The aim of this study was to assess the potential role complete blood count (CBC) inflammatory parameters in diagnosis and management missed abortions during early pregnancy through analysis their values. Methods case group for our comprised 500 instances at Fujian Provincial Maternal Child Health Hospital from May 2023 2024, whereas control consisted healthy women who did not experience delivery-related complications timeframe. We utilized SPSS version 25 software conduct a retrospective factors, including age, BMI, gravidity, parity, neutrophil count, lymphocyte platelet mean volume, distribution width, prothrombin time. Results age gravidity patients abortion were higher than those normal group, with statistically significant difference. There no differences or time between two groups. But significantly lower pregnancies. area under ROC curve 0.654, indicating its diagnostic value. Conclusion Although can offer some predictive value detecting abortion, accuracy is limited. Other don’t yield any information regarding miscarriage retention.
