This study aimed to evaluate the return sport and anxiety in athletes with anterior cruciate ligament injury. It was conducted using an exploratory sequential mixed design methods research. In first phase of study, 185 (87 women 98 men) injuries were included quantitative dimension. qualitative dimension, semi-structured interviews 18 athletes. findings obtained, significant differences obtained terms states injury branch, league level, duration sport, age variables.
