Birthweight significantly influences health throughout life, but the connection between maternal serum ferritin levels during pregnancy and newborn’s birthweight is still a topic of debate. Objective: To investigate prevalence underweight infants born to mothers with low blood concentrations at term delivery. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted for period six months from November 2019 April 2020. total 151 participants reduced full-term delivery were included in this study. Demographic details taken including sample hemoglobin checked noted questionnaire. Data stratification performed eliminate other effect modifiers statistically test significance birth weight neonates mother levels, help chi-square test. Results: The typical age patients 25.50 ± 4.08 years. Incidence Low Birth Weight newborn observed 33.11% (50/151).
