An electrochemical sandwich immunoassay was fabricated to measure the prostate-specific antigen (PSA) biomarker. The PSA immunosensor developed by altering surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) with nanocomposite comprising carboxyl-functionalized dots that support gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), which were then combined hydroxylated boron nitride nanosheets (HO-BN). This construction possesses distinctive signal enhancement characteristics and prepared via facile method. Considering high biological affinity AuNPs for biomolecules, (CDs) carboxyl (COOH) groups make suitable substrate modification. alteration allows antibody (Ab1) attachment, resulting in sandwich-like configuration. Additionally, dot-stabilized integrated into HO-BN nanosheet nanocomposites considerably boost electron transfer rate, leading remarkable potential sensor applications. By utilizing horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated antifree (Ab2), reduction hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) achieved within cell. led increased current, attributed concentration, is required biosensor analysis perform properly. revealed linear correlation concentrations ranging from 1.0 3500 pg mL-1, achieving low detection limit 0.136 mL-1. Furthermore, aptasensor demonstrates excellent selectivity, stability, commendable reproducibility, indicating its significant clinical research diagnostic
