Background and Objectives: Kawasaki disease (KD) is a childhood systematic vasculitis. Emerging evidence suggests link between KD long-term neurological implications. This study examines the association subsequent neuropsychiatric neurodevelopmental disorders using national health data from South Korea. Materials Methods: Using National Health Information Database, we identified patients diagnosed 2002 2021 selected those born 2008 2015. Propensity score matching with 1:4 ratio was applied to create control group. The incidence of 2017 analyzed Cox proportional hazard models, adjusting for age, sex, urbanicity. Results: included 41,806 subjects 163,829 matched controls. associated an increased risk certain disorders: anxiety disorder (HR: 1.124, 1.047–1.207), sleep-related 1.257, 1.094–1.444), movement 1.227, 1.030–1.461), any 1.102, 1.053–1.153).
