Schizophrenia is a complex and severe chronic mental disorder characterized by persistent cognitive dysfunction. Particularly in Chinese families, the disability of patients with schizophrenia burden on their caregivers are especially heavy, reflecting profound impact disease both families. This study aims conduct meta-analysis evaluate positive interventions schizophrenia. wellbeing, symptoms, negative depressive social functioning, adaptability, functions Literature was retrieved from 11 databases (CNKI, Wan fang Database, VIP CBM PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, Web Science, APA PsycINFO, CINAHL, MEDLINE), search period ranging inception date 1 August 2024. Two researchers independently conducted literature reviews, data extraction, bias risk assessments. The included studies assessed using Risk Bias tool, meta-analyses were RevMan 5.3 Stata 14.0. continuous outcomes analyzed calculating mean difference (MD) or standardized (SMD) 95% confidence intervals (CI) according whether combining measured different scales not, depending results combined. A total 54 randomized controlled trials met criteria for this study. showed can significantly improve wellbeing (MD = 0.61, CI 0.56 0.66, p < 0.001, I 2 0%), long-term mid-term treatments better than short-term (p 0.001). psychological health status 43.50, 40.11 46.89, 0.004). symptoms (SMD -2.68, -3.53 -1.84, <0.001, 95%), -2.63, -3.40 -1.87, 94%), functioning -3.26 -2.10, self-esteem 7.98, -7.53 8.42, I² 0%). adaptability -8.72, -9.16 -8.27, function 2.38, 1.97 2.78, 38%). has significant effects enhancing not only improves but also strengthens functions.
