Objective:
CPT1A

Conclusion:

value.

ABSTRACT
The
percomorph
fish
clade
Gobioidei
is
a
suborder
that
comprises
over
2200
species
distributed
in
nearly
all
aquatic
habitats.
To
understand
the
genetics
underlying
their
diversification,
we
sequenced
and
annotated
genome
of
loach
goby,
Rhyacichthys
aspro
,
an
early‐diverging
group,
compared
it
with
nine
additional
species.
Within
Gobioidei,
goby
possesses
smallest
at
594
Mb,
rise
diversity
from
to
more
recently
diverged
lineages
mirrored
by
enlarged
genomes
higher
presence
transposable
elements
(TEs),
particularly
DNA
transposons.
These
transposons
are
enriched
genic
regulatory
regions
copy
number
increase
strongly
correlated
substitution
rate,
suggesting
repair
after
transposon
excision/insertion
leads
nearby
mutations.
