Background: Climate change and sustainability are highly interconnected. Addressing climate requires major social collective action. The current study examined the prevalence of, factors associated with, four activism behaviors in a U.S. nationally representative sample. Methods: Data were derived from Pew Research Center American Trends Panel conducted April 2021 of 13,749 panelists. Key outcomes included (1) attending protest or rally addressing change, (2) volunteering for activity, (3) donating money to an organization focused on (4) contacting elected official urge them address change. Multivariable logistic regression models independent associations with psychosocial demographic variables. Results: A fourth (24.7%) participants reported engagement one more behaviors. Of those who activism, most (54.7%) only engaged activity. In multivariable models, individual significantly all action outcomes. Here we elaborate on how the expansion of digital social networks and advances artificial intelligence, ranging from recommender systems generative AI, may affect way people perceive engage emotionally change. Introduction The prevalence of severe and catastrophic weather incidents linked to a modified climate system may induce mental problems such as anxiety, depression, distress, worry in people. This study aims assess the effect change on anxiety distress among Palestinian undergraduate students. Methods utilized cross-sectional research design. A self-reported questionnaire, including Climate Change Anxiety Scale, Hospital Depression Scale (HADS), Kessler Psychological Distress cale-6 ere used gather data. Results total 1,338 participants were recruited, whom 66% reported experience only 6.1% had anxiety. Due experience, 50.3% 47.5% experienced 36.0% depression symptoms. multivariate analysis indicated that likelihood is more pronounced females (AOR: 0.444, p -value <0.001), with high family income 0.235, those who perceived impacting their academic performance 1.986, <0.001). Background: The sustainability of ecosystems and human flourishing depends on the well-being younger generations who are most at risk. Increasing youth climate distress is an important public mental health issue. Training in resilience skills advocacy may reduce be accomplished educational settings, we aimed to test efficacy such training a university setting. Methods: We developed implemented 10-week (CR) course for students eight campuses that included lectures by experts varying aspects crisis, discussion, guided practices, group projects. administered surveys baseline, immediately 4 months post completion assess primary outcomes (mental symptoms, distress, self-efficacy). Results from qualitative interviews with subsample participants provided compliment quantitative results. Results: From baseline 150 190 (79%) assessment responders, showed significantly reduced depression, anxiety, stress enhanced self-efficacy. Course-related reductions were associated (a) lower depressive symptoms (b) greater coping emotions. Secondary increases actions taken combat change, community belonging, altruism causes, decreases climate-related loneliness.
