Background: The aim of this study is to explore the independent and joint associations between physical activity (PA) sleep duration with depressive symptoms. Methods: We included analyzed 18,052 participants (age ≥ 20 years) from cross-sectional National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) conducted 2007 2014. Results: After adjustment, both males females showed a significant correlation PA, duration, In association analysis, we found: 1. interaction PA was statistically in but not (P=0.380). 2. Compared individuals lowest level meeting Sleep Foundation's (NSF) guidelines, those highest recommended had 79% decrease depression risk (odds ratio [OR] 0.21, 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.14-0.32) 74% (OR 0.26, CI 0.20-0.35). 3. male adhering NSF each increase quartile associated 19% reduction 0.81, 0.71-0.92). Conversely, among there 23% 0.77, 0.69-0.86). For female participants, respective reductions are 20% 0.80, 0.73-0.89) 14% 0.86, 0.80-0.93). Conclusion: males, adherence weakens relationship depression, while opposite observed for females.

Background and Objective: Mental health complaints have significantly increased in Europe over recent years. This study evaluated the effects safety of a 4-month online, multimodal, complementary intervention on mental physical home-based adults. Method: Ninety-eight adults with mild to severe related symptoms were recruited across through digital advertisements. single-arm repeated-measures utilized three individualized treatment groups evaluate impact Ayurveda Program for Detox Lifestyle. The online program included personalized diet, daily routine, yoga exercise, herbal detoxification procedures, preparations. Standardized tests administered monthly 4 months assess anxiety, depression, (Patient Health Questionnaire Somatic, Anxiety, Depressive Symptoms), fatigue (PROMIS), body mass index (BMI). Results: population was predominantly female (85%), mean age 58 By end fourth month, primary outcomes indicated significant decrease anxiety (55%, p < 0.001) depression (45%, 0.001). secondary showed reduction symptoms, including musculoskeletal, neurological, digestive issues (42%, 0.001); (31%, BMI (2%, Improvements consistent all groups, no differences observed. feasible generally safe, 91% retention, 70% compliance, 6% adverse effects. Conclusion: initial results suggest that Lifestyle is safe associated improvements participants. trial highlights potential benefits integrating lifestyle protocols into standard care practices. Future randomized controlled trials are recommended control confounding factors validate these findings larger clinical populations.

Depression is a prevalent mood disorder. Women face heightened risk of depression during pregnancy and after childbirth, which can have negative consequences for both the mother her family. It essential to explore preventive strategies. To assess impact education focused on health-promoting behaviors in preventing postpartum (PPD) through social messaging among pregnant women. This randomized controlled trial study involved 108 non-depressed eligible women with gestational age 28–30 weeks 2022–2023. Participants were randomly assigned intervention control groups using block randomization method. The group received virtual based weekly over six sessions. Edinburgh Postnatal Scale (EPDS), Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), Promoting Lifestyle Profile II (HPLP II) questionnaires utilized evaluate outcomes. To examine the independent association of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and lifestyle patterns with incident probable eating disorders among adolescents, to explore whether healthy affects that vary by ACEs exposure levels. This longitudinal study included 7726 adolescents (mean [SD] age at baseline, 15.89 [0.60] years) without baseline. At we collected 11 ACE indicators 6 behaviors (i.e., appropriate sleep duration, sufficient moderate-to-vigorous physical activity, less screen time, no smoking, drinking, a balanced diet). The Sick, Control, One, Fat, Food (SCOFF) questionnaire was used measure baseline 4-month follow-up. Generalized mixed logistic models, as well stratified joint analyzes, were performed, mediation interaction analyzes. Among participants, 917 (11.87%) developed during Accumulation independently associated an increased risk (OR = 1.20, 95% CI: 1.14-1.27), even after adjusting for behaviors. Conversely, higher score lower 0.82, 0.76-0.88). Stratified analyzes showed favorable had consistently reduced compared those unfavorable lifestyle, particularly pronounced exposed ACEs. results highlight reducing encouraging may help prevent adolescents.

Abstract Background Lifestyle are closely related to migraine. However, there is a lack of studies investigating the association between Healthy lifestyle or Life’s Essential 8 (LE8) and risk The objective this research was investigate relationship scores essential scores, Methods 332,895 UK Biobank participants without migraine were included. assessed using seven factors, categorized as poor, intermediate, ideal. LE8, based on American Heart Association (AHA) Guidelines for Cardiovascular Health (CVH), consist eight indicators classified low, moderate, high CVH. Cox proportional hazard model employed examine LE8 migraine, with calculations population-attributable fraction (PAF) cumulative incidence. Results During median follow-up 13.58 years, in intermediate (HR: 0.91; 95% CI: 0.85, 0.99) ideal category 0.81; 0.73, 0.91) significantly reduced compared poor category. Similarly, CVH 0.73; 0.58, 0.92) also lowered risk, while moderate 0.93; 1.02) did not show difference low If all individuals adhered higher categories approximately 11.38% 22.05% cases could be prevented. Among individual maintaining an body mass index (BMI), physical activity, sleep duration, pattern, sedentary time associated substantial reductions by 5.65%, 0.81%, 10.16%, 16.39%, 6.57%, respectively. Urban environments and cardiovascular health are closely linked, yet only a few specific exposures have been explored in isolation mostly adopting cross-sectional design. The influence of socioeconomic status genetic predisposition also remains unclear. Hence, leveraging the UK Biobank data (n = 206,681), we conducted prospective analysis 213 urban environmental variables their association with atherosclerotic disease (ASCVD). ExWAS regularized Cox models analyses highlighted air pollution, industrial sites, complex street networks as primary risk factors. Instead, land-use density leisure, public services, infrastructure residential, drinking water hardness showed negative ASCVD risk. By integrating sparse canonical correlation mediation analyses, found distinct environment patterns through diverse pathways ASCVD. characterized by pollution streets impact adverse mental (mediation proportion:30.7 %, 95 % CI:22.4 %-44.0 %), while highly-developed community high-water via cardiometabolic (22.6 CI:19.7 %-26.0 %). Further, low amplifies disadvantaged effects on ASCVD, there were no similar findings for predisposition. This research deepened our understanding city-cardiovascular links role status, implications planning interventions.
