There
is
a
well-established
need
for
increased
stakeholder
participation
in
the
generation
of
adaptive
management
approaches
and
specific
solutions
to
complex
environmental
problems.
However,
integrating
participant
feedback
into
current
science,
research,
decision-making
processes
challenging.
This
paper
presents
novel
approach
that
marries
rigorous
Delphi
method,
borrowed
from
policy
organizational
sciences,
with
contemporary
"crowdsourcing"

Abstract
Globally,
phytoplankton
abundance
is
increasing
in
lakes
as
a
result
of
climate
change
and
land‐use
change.
The
relative
importance
drivers
has
been
examined
primarily
for
mesotrophic
eutrophic
lakes.
However,
oligotrophic
show
different
sensitivity
to

testing
demonstrated
2°C
increase
significantly
concentration,
but
not
concentration.
For
both
doubling
loads
total
nitrogen
at
same
time,
or
alone,
resulted
significant
increase.
This
study
highlights
aligning
lake
measurements
ecosystem
metrics
interest,
may
be
more
uniquely
sensitive
that
typical
due
warming
alone.
