Lung cancer has a high mortality rate, but an early diagnosis can contribute to favorable prognosis. A liquid biopsy that captures and detects tumor-related biomarkers in body fluids great potential for early-stage diagnosis. Abstract A central question in neuroscience is how consciousness arises from the dynamic interplay of brain structure and function. Here we decompose functional MRI signals pathological pharmacologically-induced perturbations into distributed patterns structure-function dependence across scales: harmonic modes human structural connectome.
