The development of heteroaromatic conjugated porous polymers (H-CPPs) have received enormous research interests, because the important functional roles heteroatoms in photocatalysis and proton conduction. However, due to synthetic challenges deriving from stable structures, structural diversity methods them are still limited. Herein, a new type H-CPPs, covalent pyrimidine frameworks (CPFs), via an efficient tandem polycondensation reaction between aldehyde, acetyl, amidine monomers is reported. resulting CPFs bridged by units, rich nitrogen atoms can be structurally regulated on demand. shown active photocatalysts for hydrogen evolution methanol photo-thermo-catalysis process, achieving excellent rate 5282.8 µmol h-1 g-1 . further processed into mixed matrix membrane, displaying conductivity 1.30 × 10-2 S cm-1 at 413 K under anhydrous condition.

A facile and efficient method for the synthesis of primary phosphinamides from Ar2P(O)-H reagents with stable readily available ammonium carbonate as an ammonia source is disclosed herein first time. This ethyl bromoacetate-mediated amination proceeds smoothly under mild simple conditions, without any metal catalyst or oxidant. Moreover, this also appropriate reaction a variety amines, alcohols, phenols to construct P-N P-O bonds, features handy operation, good functional group tolerance, broad substrate scope.

Abstract Multicomponent reactions (MCRs) have emerged as powerful tools in synthetic chemistry for the efficient synthesis of diverse molecular scaffolds, particularly nitrogen‐containing heterocycles. Despite their numerous advantages, use transition metal catalysts or additives MCRs can present limitations due to cost, toxicity, and environmental concerns. A facile and practical approach for the preparation of substituted pyrimidines from ketones, NH4OAc, N,N-dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal has been described. An efficient, facile, and eco-friendly synthesis of pyrimidine derivatives has been developed. It involves a [3 + 2 1] three-component annulation amidines, ketones, one carbon source. N,N-Dimethylaminoethanol is oxidized through C(sp3)-H activation to provide the donor. One C-C two C-N bonds are formed during oxidative process. The reaction shows good tolerance many important functional groups in air, making this methodology highly versatile alternative, significant improvement existing methods for structuring framework, especially 4-aliphatic pyrimidines.
