Although massive materials and diverse methods have been developed for the treatment of oil/water mixtures, continually separating mixtures particularly water-in-oil emulsion is still a severe challenge. Herein, we presented dual-layered fiber membrane continuously via coalescence demulsification. The proposed consisted layer coalescing layer, its structures surface wettability were rationally designed. As consequence, as-prepared could separate emulsions with separation efficiency higher than 99.6% permeation flux up to 50000 L/m 2 h, as well it an volume 3L within 8 min, which 10~200 times that state-of-the-art membranes reported previously. Besides, demulsification process emulsified water droplets on was directly observed investigated experiments simulations, mechanism thoroughly revealed, provides theoretical guidance inspiration scientists engineers develop novel advanced separators.

Hyperbranched polymer is a kind of with three-dimensional structure, which contains highly branched structure and large number modified terminal functional groups.
