Abstract The extremely low utilization efficiency of pesticides has driven people to develop low‐cost, sustainable, and smart delivery systems. Pickering emulsion (PE) derived from biomass is an attractive candidate. However, the stability PE insufficient, pesticide release can be hardly tuned. Herein, a facile in situ modification strategy construct stable high‐performance system resources reported. In this process, stabilized by alkali lignin nanoparticles initially prepared, subsequently, opposite‐charged chitosan (CH), sodium lignosulfonate (SL) are alternatively deposited onto interface through layer‐by‐layer assembly form microcapsule (CH+SL)n@PE. resulting biomass‐based microcapsules show improved stability, high encapsulation efficiency, super UV protection avermectin (AVM), hydrophobic photo‐sensitive pesticide. Furthermore, shell thickness finely tuned controlling CH+SL layers, which enable (CH+SL)n@PE have adjustable behaviors. (CH+SL)20@PE prolongs half‐life AVM under irradiation 5.0‐fold. Moreover, exhibits pH laccase dual responsiveness, beneficial targeted vivo. Therefore, current provide eco‐friendly, for precise pesticides.
