Rheumatoid
arthritis
(RA)
is
one
of
the
most
common
autoimmune
diseases
worldwide,
characterized
by
its
progressive
and
irreversible
nature.
Early
diagnosis
crucial
for
delaying
disease
progression
optimizing
treatment
strategies.
Existing
diagnostic
methods
face
limitations
in
asymptomatic
screening
often
rely
on
subjective
judgment
experienced
rheumatologists,
restricting
their
application
early
clinical
diagnosis.
To
address
these
challenges,
we
developed
an
innovative
approach
intelligent
bidimensional
skin
biopsies,
employing
Raman
spectroscopy
direct
spectral
scanning
imaging
affected
joint
skin.
This
method
enables
preliminary
RA
after
a
brief
surface
scan.
It
generates
high-resolution
three-dimensional
images
within
13
min,
providing
rapid
reliable
support.
Furthermore,
data
are
analyzed
classified
using
multiple
artificial
intelligence
algorithms,
such
as
naive
Bayes,
linear
discriminant
analysis,
decision
trees,
k-nearest
neighbors,
random
forests,
support
vector
machines,
achieving
high-accuracy
differentiation.
The
design
significantly
enhances
precision
speed,
enabling
nonspecialists
to
accurately
diagnose
RA.
Extensive
experimental
validated
method's
100%
accuracy.

effective
tool
demonstrates
potential
applications

Introduce
Ankylosing
spondylitis
(AS),
rheumatoid
arthritis
(RA),
and
osteoarthritis
(OA)
are
three
rheumatic
immune
diseases
with
many
common
characteristics.
If
left
untreated,
they
can
lead
to
joint
destruction
functional
limitation,
in
severe
cases,
cause
lifelong
disability
even
death.
Studies
have
shown
that
early
diagnosis
treatment
key
improving
patient
outcomes.
Therefore,
a
rapid
accurate
method
for
of
has
been
established,
which
is
great
clinical
significance
realizing
prognosis.
Methods
This
study
was
based
on
Fourier
transform
infrared
spectroscopy
(FTIR)
combined
deep
learning
model
achieve
non-invasive,
rapid,
differentiation
AS,
RA,
OA,
healthy
control
group.
In
the
experiment,
320
serum
samples
were
collected,
80
each
AlexNet,
ResNet,
MSCNN,
MSResNet
diagnostic
models
established
by
using
machine
algorithm.
