Aims:

Abstract:
The
synthesis

Abstract:
Aurones,
a
member
of
the
flavonoid
family,
have
limited
occurrence
in
nature
and
are
relatively
less
explored
than
other
flavonoids
but
still
constitute
gleaming
class
therapeutically
significant
oxygen
heterocyclic
molecules
with
broad-spectrum
biological
activities.
These
secondary
plant
metabolites
responsible
for
glaring
pigmentation
to
various
colored
parts
plants.
This
review
covers
comprehensive
history
aurones
from
1918
2020.
provides
generalized
systematic
study
protocols
adopted
synthesizing
aurone
derivatives
their
profile.
Though
there
many
articles
on
activities
aurones,
none
these
cover
synthetic
aspects
thoroughly.
With
growing
number
biologically
active
natural
synthesized
massive
breakthrough
research
has
emerged,
it
is
now
one
most
researched
O-heterocycles.

Coordination
polymers
(CPs)
are
an
