Aims: In this study, the synthesis and biological activity of new 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives will be discussed. Background: Microbial contagion via different bacterial strains discomposes healthcare system globally. 2019 E. coli, S. aureus, K. pneumoniae, pneumoniae were reported as most bacteremia deaths causes. Over time, bacteria develop ways to overcome antibiotic activity, causing multidrug resistant (MDR). The MDR is considered one biggest concerns scientists worldwide due its direct effect on patients' lives. As a result, developing drugs has become imperative for protect human life. Objective: Developing water soluble antibacterial from cheap commercially available materials. Methods: Microdilution Assay Antimicrobial potential was performed based experimental procedure with slight modifications. In recent years, donor-acceptor (D-A)-type conjugated polymers have been widely used in the field of organic solar cells (OSCs) and electrochromism (EC). Considering poor solubility D-A polymers, solvents material processing related device preparation are mostly toxic halogenated solvents, which become biggest obstacle to future commercial process OSC EC field. Herein, we designed synthesized three novel PBDT1-DTBF, PBDT2-DTBF, PBDT3-DTBF, by introducing polar oligo (ethylene glycol) (OEG) side chains different lengths donor unit benzodithiophene (BDT) as chain modification. Studies on solubility, optics, electrochemical, photovoltaic electrochromic properties conducted, influence introduction OEG its basic is also discussed. show unusual trends that need further research. Coordination polymers (CPs) are an assorted class of coordination complexes that gaining attention for the safe and sustainable removal organic dyes from wastewater discharge by either adsorption or photocatalytic degradation. Herein, three different with compositions [Ni(HL)(H2O)2·1.9H2O] (1), [Mn3(HL)(L)(μ3-OH)(H2O)(phen)2·2H2O] (2), [Cd(HL)4(H2O)]·H2O (3) (H3L = 2-(3,5-dicarboxyphenyl)-6-carboxybenzimidazole; phen 1,10-phenanthroline) have been synthesized characterized spectroscopically single crystal X-ray diffraction. Single diffraction results indicated 1 forms a 2D layer-like framework, while 2 exhibits 3-connected net Schläfli symbol (44.6), 3 displays 3D supramolecular network in which two adjacent layers held π···π interactions. All compounds used as photocatalysts to catalyze photodegradation antibiotic dinitrozole (DTZ) rhodamine B (RhB). The suggested Mn-based CP exhibited better photodecomposition DTZ (91.1%) RhB (95.0%) than other CPs time span 45 min. observed mechanisms addressed using Hirshfeld surface analyses.
