Particulate matter (PM) pollution has posed a serious threat to public health, especially the global spread of infectious diseases. Most existing air filtration materials are still subjected compromise between removal efficiency and permeability on account their stacking bulk structures. Here, we proposed self-polarized assembly technique create two-dimensional piezoelectric nanofibrous webs (PNWs) directly from polymer solutions. The strategy involves droplets deforming into ultrathin liquid films by inertial flow, evolving web-like architectures instantaneous phase inversion, enhanced dipole alignment cluster electrostatics. assembled continuous exhibit integrated structural superiorities nanoscale diameters (∼20 nm) internal fibers through pores (∼100 nm). Combined with wind-driven electrostatic property derived piezoelectricity, PNW filter shows high (99.48%) low resistance (34 Pa) against PM0.3 as well transparency (84%), superlight weight (0.7 g m–2), long-term stable service life. This creation such versatile nanomaterials may offer insight design upgrading high-performance filters.

Natural fibre reinforced composites are being used in a variety of industries. Epoxy matrix with woven bamboo-cotton has been fabricated via., hand lay-up technique and compression moulding technique. In the fabrication composite panels, number layers varied from 8 to 14 according weight fabric. The tensile, bending, impact, compression, water-absorption, ILS properties for developed have tested or examined. SEM characterization was examine fractured morphology assess interface-strength composites. It found that increasing improved composites' physico-mechanical properties. Due micro-voids, detachment, hydrophilic nature natural fibres, cotton/bamboo twill fabric absorb most water. addition, results demonstrated debonding, which actually result weak-bonding amid matrix, cause escalated water absorption behavior. Hence, suitable applications moderate load bearing, including automobile body parts structural components require sufficient strength.

Pipes are manufactured primarily through the extrusion process. One of material processes in recent digital manufacturing is additive manufacturing’s fusion deposition modeling. made from various materials such as metal and plastic/polymers, main challenge has been selecting pipe for customized application. For creation water-passing tubes, this research chosen appropriate carbon-reinforced polymers that can be used with filament polyether ether ketone (PEEK) polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG). goal, analytical hierarchy process, also known AHP, to choose best based on factors cost, temperature resistance, printing speed, mechanical properties material. The results revealed PEEK-CF a better impeller application than PETG-CF. obtains higher priority value 0.6363, PETG-CF 0.2791. This decision-making technique select other comparable applications.
