At
present,
most
fluorescent
materials
that
can
be
used
for
optical
temperature
measurement
exhibit
poor
thermochromic
performance,
which
limits
their
applications.
In
this
study,
the
phosphor
Ba3In(PO4)3:Er/Yb
was
synthesized
with
a
high
doping
concentration
of
Yb3+,
and
it
emitted
composition-
temperature-induced
wide
color
gamut
up-conversion
luminescence
from
red
to
green.
Four
modes
fluorescence
thermometry
realized
in
range
303-603
K,
is
based
on
ratio
intensity
between
thermally
coupled
energy
levels
non-thermally
levels,
coordinate
shift,
decay
lifetime,
respectively.
The
highest
Sr
value
obtained
0.977%
K-1.
Taking
advantage
fact
significantly
change
luminous
Ba3In(PO4)3:0.02Er3+/0.05Yb3+,
we
demonstrated
'temperature
mapping'
smooth
metal
surface
multiple
encryptions.
These
results
indicate
an
excellent
material
thermal
imaging
has
great
application
potential
visualization
encryption.

Enhanced

Low
phonon
tantalate-based
phosphors
with
a
layer
structure
are
considered
to
have
excellent
upconversion
luminescence
(UCL)
intensity,
which
could
be
reduced
due
the
existence
of
impure
phase
defects
and
inappropriate
doped
rare
earth
ions.
To
improve
their
UCL
performance,
we
prepared
single-phase
CaTa4O11:Er3+/Yb3+
samples
by
molten
salt
synthesis
(MSS)
using
KCl
as
reaction
medium
compared
its
properties
counterparts
made
conventional
solid-state
(SSR)
in
this
study.
We
demonstrated
that
MSS
much
higher
intensity
under
980
nm
laser
excitation
than
SSR
ones
accurate
replacement
Ca2+
sites
Er3+/Yb3+
high-purity
samples.
further
enhanced
green
1.57
times
via
acid
picking
(AP).
Under
at
high
powder
density
61.3
W/cm2,
MSS-AP
can
reach
3.72
SSR-AP
For
potential
thermometry
applications,
maximum
absolute
sensitivity
(SA)
reaches
0.01316
K–1
501
K
based
on
ratio.
This
study
shows
method
pure
suitable
temperature
sensing
material.
