Extensive
use
of
pesticides
in
agricultural
production
has
been
causing
serious
health
threats
to
humans
and
animals.
Among
them,
phorate
is
a
highly
toxic
organophosphorus
insecticide
that
widely
used
planting.
Due
its
harmful
effects
on
human
animal
health,
it
restricted
for
many
countries.
Analytical
methods
the
rapid
sensitive
detection
residues
products
are
urgently
needed.
In
this
study,
new
method
was
developed
by
combining
surface-enhanced
Raman
spectroscopy
(SERS)
immunochromatography
assay
(ICA).
Hybrid
magnetic
Fe3O4@Au@DTNB-Ab
nanoprobes
were
prepared
modifying
growing
Au
nanoseeds
an
Fe3O4
core.
SERS
activity
nanoprobe
optimized
adjusting
concentration
precursor.
A
established
replacing
traditional
colloidal
gold-based
ICA
with
hybrid
SERS-ICA.
After
optimizing
parameters
including
coating
antibody
concentrations
composition
pH
buffer
solution,
limit
(LOD)
could
reach
1
ng/mL,
linear
range
5~100
ng/mL.
This
LOD
remarkably
lower
than
maximum
residue
vegetables
fruits
set
Chinese
government.
The
feasibility
further
examined
conducting
spiking
test
celery
as
real
sample.

rapid
sensitive
analytical
methods
for
detecting
mycotoxins
is
an
urgent
task.

molecularly
imprinted
technique

tool

specific
recognition

enrichment
target
molecules.
For
development

mycotoxins,
synthesized
polymers
(MIPs)
serve
as
elements.
By
integrating
MIPs
with
sensing
platforms,

progress
has
been
made
