In this paper, a new 0D Ag(I)‐based coordination polymer [Ag 2 (dib)(H L) ]( 1 ) is proposed as photocatalyst for the photocatalytic degradation of nitrofurantoin (NFT) under ultraviolet irradiation. The catalytic was analyzed by various methods such PXRD, SEM, FT‐IR, TGA, UV–vis, DRS, and electrochemical tests. experimental result shows that an n ‐type semiconductor, which can effectively catalyze photodegradation NFT Under optimal reaction conditions, rate 97.95% within 60 min when concentration 30 ppm. experiment free radical capture O ˙ − main active substance photodecomposition, possible mechanism proposed. This research will lay foundation polymers in field antibiotic degradation.

Abstract The field of drug delivery has significantly advanced tumor therapy, yet challenges such as the predictability treatment outcomes and real‐time monitoring progression, recurrence or metastasis. Luminescent metal–organic frameworks (L‐MOFs) are a promising solution to overcome these issues. This review offers comprehensive exploration design synthesis L‐MOFs, presenting their crucial optical properties. highlights pivotal role L‐MOFs in enabling precision medicine for driven by performance. Through strategically harnessing light‐manipulated (MOFs), therapeutic precise spatiotemporal control can be achieved. Moreover, this meticulously examines influence photomanipulating MOFs on situ synthesis, introducing catalytic gas therapy. Additionally, gene therapy vectors that utilize light trigger expression responses is also comprehensively explored article, aiming highlight through concludes proposing an artificial intelligence (AI)‐mediated blueprint with pave way innovative approaches manipulation.
