High-performance electrochemiluminescence is a significant approach for the examination of disease biomarkers, and utilization innovative detection systems represents viable strategy to enhance efficacy ECL analysis. In this work, biomimetic engineering metal-organic framework (MOF-818) has realized ultrasensitive immunoassay markers based on guidance free radical scavenging provided by antioxidant cascade. Initially, we synthesized hydrogen-bonded organic (HOF) consisting luminol three active ligands simple room-temperature self-assembly. The luminol-HOF (L-HOF) showed more stable brighter luminescence activity than monomer due nano-confinement enhancement coordinated units. Subsequently, MOF-818 with superoxide dismutase (SOD) catalase (CAT) activities were recruited first time as quenching agents sandwich mode. enzyme leads reverse transformation anion radicals (O2-) further decomposition, decreasing in responsiveness signals. Using carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) an analytical model, limit 0.457 pg/mL was obtained within range 0.001-50 ng/mL. DNA immobilization on metal surfaces is widely used for hybridization applications in biotechnology and nanotechnology. Stable binding properties are essential to the functionality accuracy these DNA-based applications. We developed an optimized protocol utilizing amine-functionalized demonstrated enhanced efficiency through electrical field assistance. Our approach achieved uniform molecular coverage improved stability compared with conventional thiol-gold chemistry methods. Fluorescence microscopy analysis confirmed successful hybridization, significantly higher signal intensities observed under conditions. This method provides a promising platform developing sensitive biosensors detection systems, offering control over surface density orientation while maintaining biological functionality.

Nafion is a sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer that has been widely used as membrane material for various applications, such fuel cells, batteries, and sensors. some unique properties make it suitable biosensing, high ionic conductivity, biocompatibility, chemical stability, perm selectivity. can also act an immobilization matrix enzymes, antibodies, DNA molecules, other biomolecules, enhancing their stability activity on the electrode surface. In this review, we summarize recent advances applications of nafion biosensors detection analytes, glucose, lactate, hydrogen peroxide, DNA, urea, dopamin. We discuss incorporation nanoparticles into biosensors, they form synergistic interactions improve selectivity, sensitivity biosensor. highlight different transduction methods employed by electrochemical, electro chemiluminescence, or electrical impedance. Finally, outline challenges opportunities future research biosensors.
