Massive hemorrhage and chronic wounds caused by bacterial infections after trauma are significant challenges in clinical practice. An ideal hemostatic wound dressing should simultaneously manage bleeding prevent also hold excellent biocompatibility bioactivities to successfully modulate immune microenvironments promote healing. In this study, a silk fibroin-based light-responsive film was demonstrated possess effective capacity of light-induced non-compressible hemostasis on liver tail

Wound dressings used in medical applications serve as a protective barrier for wounds, creating an environment that promotes wound healing. The typical traditional often present challenges, including weak function and tendency to adhere wounds. Therefore, there is critical need develop advanced dressing with strong antibacterial properties can prevent the spread of infection accelerate healing process. To hydrogels properties, silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) derived from 1 mM AgNO 3 using green catalyst matcha tea extract ( camellia sinensis) were incorporated into chitosan alginate This was accomplished by mixing nitrate produce nanoparticles, which then added hydrogel crosslinkers. synthesized nanomaterials characterized UV-VIS spectroscopy, TEM, EDX, FTIR, SEM techniques. Their antimicrobial efficiency has been evaluated through inhibition zone assays, antibiofilm evaluation against P.aeruginosa, E. coli, S. aureus, C.albicans, A.niger, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC). It found that, novel hydrogel, infused AgNPs, exhibited superior water absorption retention, ensuring moist while effectively absorbing substantial exudate. Additionally, demonstrated robust mechanical potent activity. study highlights exceptional newly developed natural polymer Ag anti-inflammatory action. Hence, silver-loaded proves be ideal material.
