We
propose
a
DNAzyme
walker
constructed
from
aptamer-modified
DNA
nanowires,
which
can
efficiently
penetrate
target
cells
without
the
assistance
of
non-DNA
substances.
This
strategy
enables
sensitive
and
effective
imaging
miRNA
in
tumor
cells.
