Abstract
The
detection
of
pefloxacin
in
milk
is
significant
importance
for
food
safety.
Traditional
methods
detecting
often
rely
on
techniques
such
as
high-performance
liquid
chromatography
(HPLC),
which
are
complex
and
time-consuming.
This
article
introduces
a
surface-enhanced
Raman
scattering
(SERS)
substrate
based
composite
covalent
organic
frameworks
(COFs)
silver
nanoparticles
(AgNPs)
the
rapid
milk.
After
testing
(PEF)
both
water
milk,
limits
were
calculated
to
be
6.31
µg/L
82
with
correlation
coefficients
0.991
0.998,
respectively.
Furthermore,
average
recovery
rate
ranged
from
96.25–106.17%,
relative
standard
deviation
(RSD)
4.32–8.88%.
