Novel triazolo[4,3- b ][1,2,4]triazin-7-one derivatives (7a–j) were synthesized and tested against PC3, A549, PACA2 BJ1 cell lines. 7a 7g investigated using DNA fragmentation, damage gene expression molecular docking studies.
