ABSTRACT The design of super‐antimicrobially active multipurpose nanocarriers as polymeric nanocomposites embedded with metal oxides sustained drug release is beneficial in medical treatment for controlling inflammation and targeting a wide range pathogenic microorganisms. Brilliant oxide nanoparticles (MOx) involving selenium dioxide, titanium vanadium pentoxide were well prepared good yields, their morphologies structures specified. Then they copolymeric through situ microemulsion polymerization ( E )‐2‐cyano‐ N ‐cyclohexyl‐3‐(dimethylamino)acrylamide (CHAA) methyl methacrylate (MMA), dimethylaminoethyl (DMAEMA), acrylic acid (AA). In addition, ibuprofen was then loaded into the synthesized polymers to achieve high entrapment efficiency EE%, its behavior studied various simulated fluids. produced drug‐loaded characterized using Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), transmission electron microscope (TEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TG). Well‐defined nanospheres polymeric‐metal generated size 50 nm, at encapsulation approximately 97%. vitro inspected polymer revealing that presence resulted prolonged wound dressing. antimicrobial study based on zone inhibition against microorganisms showed excellent activity Bacillus cereus , Staphylococcus aureus Escherichia coli Helicobacter pylori Candida albicans . These findings validate potential these serve viable upcoming agent human ailments.
