Abstract The main aims of zero-waste goals are the promotion sustainable production and consumption through societal move toward circular approaches. chemical industry includes a variety processes to produce various useful consumables, but many these have serious negative environmental, health, safety impacts at every level their design, production, processing, uses. Circularity is core eco-design technology in which waste repurposed environmental reduced via 3Rs concepts: reduce, reuse, recycle. integration approaches with chemistry makes it (CC). Concrete use is enhanced daily due to infrastructure development, but it has adverse impacts on the environment. Modern lifestyles have led increased of plastic, and, for households, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastics are used. However, PET non-biodegradable and causes environment marine health. So, there a need minimize amount plastic waste by finding an alternative waste. Our study focuses creating sustainable concrete utilizing PET-based as partial substitution aggregates, aiming this various low-load-bearing construction applications. From our phase analysis study, no effects were found cement formation. We also that up 10 wt.% incorporation leads acceptable compressive strength reduction per ASTM guidelines. To enhance adhesion, was roughened, from FESEM, we effective adhesion into matrix. believe will not only contribute promote eco-friendly material development.
