Abstract Flexible molecular single crystals, characterized by their softness and lightweight, have emerged as a novel crystalline material. One of the current research hotspots is to explore potential application within optoelectronic field. Here, mechanically flexible nonlinear optical (NLO) crystal reported, with excellent robustness for reversible single‐crystal‐to‐single‐crystal (SCSC) phase transition under thermal stimulation. The crystals can be plastically bent mechanical force. Moreover, they show nearly defect‐free SCSC over 300 cycles. variable temperature X‐ray diffraction (SCXRD) combined Raman spectroscopy demonstrates that rotation tert‐butyl side chain triggers transition. Both two forms strong second harmonic generation (SHG) attributed polar spatial arrangements, although SHG intensities are different. Additionally, still activity, however, deformation leads different polarization‐dependent intensity compared undeformed (straight) regions. This work integrates flexibility in NLO paves way design materials.
