We theoretically study the conformational and dynamical properties of semiflexible active polar ring polymers under linear shear flow. A is described as a continuous Gaussian polymer with tangential force constant density along its contour. The but non-Hermitian equation motion solved using an eigenfunction expansion, which yields activity-independent, shear-rate-dependent, relaxation times activity-dependent frequencies. In case very flexible polymers, behavior dominates over activity contributions suppressing tank-treading. Shear strongly affects crossover from tank-treading relaxation-dominated dynamics, exhibits tumbling at rates. This reflected in frequency, displays two shear-rate dependent regimes, plateau low rates followed power-law regime increasing frequency
