Superamphiphobic surfaces, combining both superhydrophobic and superoleophobic properties, show tremendous potential applications in various fields. However, the complicated procedures, expensive equipment, poor mechanical robustness durability seriously limit their commercialization. In this study, superamphiphobic surfaces have been fabricated by a simple spraying method using two different nanostructures of silicon dioxide. The nanosheet silica (about 80 nm) constructed large-scale layer structure, nanospherical 30 interweaved with to form double-scale "reentrant" micronano structure. contact angle (CA) sliding (SA) were estimated be 158° 1° for water droplet, while CA SA measured 154° 3° olive oil, meeting requirement. Suitable contact angle (CA) and hysteresis (CAH) of liquid-infused surfaces (LISs) make them promising candidates for condensation enhancement. However, their practical application encounters restrictions arising from issues such as low durability, unscalability, high cost. In this study, aluminum covered with silicone oils various viscosities decamethylcyclopentasiloxane (D5) is exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light two different periods produce a durable, yet low-cost, 1-D LIS without the use hazardous materials. For short-term exposure, 10 h radiation utilized, whereas long-term exposure depends on gelation time lubricants. Tests reveal that all lubricants are chemically attached substrate, possessing CA >100° CAH lower than 10°. Furthermore, fabricated samples can reduce corrosion current density by up 2 orders magnitude respect bare aluminum. The test reveals surface, 5 cSt oil UV h, enhances condensed water 29%, 38%, 39% at subcooling temperatures 14.5, 10, 5.5 K compared aluminum, respectively. The chemical inertness of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) fabrics poses challenges in achieving superhydrophobic coatings with durable adhesion on their surfaces.
