ABSTRACT In this work, a fluorescent probe TPB‐Cys derived from triphenylamine‐benzofuranone was developed for monitoring the cysteine (Cys) level and imaging in living pulmonary cells under hypercapnia condition. A systematic hypoxia module tried to cover both in‐solution test cellular imaging. The condition did not obviously affect fluorescence response signal during test. at 540 enhanced dose‐dependent enhancement along with increase of Cys concentration. showed advantages including relatively long linear range, high sensitivity, stability, selectivity. With low cyto‐toxicity, achieved endogenous cells. Furthermore, it also realized visualization affection recovered conditions. This work informative accurate diagnosis potential medical techniques.
