ABSTRACT Microplastics (MPs) have become a significant environmental concern, but data on their presence in potato gardens are limited. This study aims to identify and quantify MPs soil, organic fertilizer, irrigation water, plants gardens. Soil, samples were collected from fields. Analysis was carried out using microscope Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) the shape, color, quantity, type of MP polymer. The results indicate contamination with most dominant shape fibers (86%) fragments (8%), color black (35%) blue (27%), abundances 0.10–9.20 g −1 , as well polyethylene terephthalate (PET) high‐density (HDPE) polymers. These potential harm plant growth soil quality. found quantities disrupt agricultural ecosystems. can affect quality products human health throughout food chain.

Microplastic (MPs) pollution is an increasing global problem, creating deep concerns regarding its potential impact on human health.Numerous experiments have been conducted living organisms to investigate the dispersion patterns of MPs.Furthermore, extent distribution and research MPs about mice still needs be improved. This study aimed determine PET (polyethylene terephthalate) mice's weight, feces, appetite.Four feed experiments, P0 (pellet BR1), P1 (potato from Pujon Farm), P2 mixed 300 µg PET), P3 600 were investigated in this research.PET at a dose had worst compared others. There changes eating performance, body feces treatment due contained them.Another consequence anticipated: A reduction microbial diversity intestines mice, resulting fall both weight mice.

Microplastics (MPs), which are defined as particles of plastic waste with a size smaller than 5 mm, considered emerging contaminants and attract global attention. On plants, MPs have detrimental effects such interfering nutrient absorption, slowing germination roots development.Of all the stages growth, seeding has an important role in crop yields obtained. The examined impact three polymer (1 % w -1 ) on paddy control comparison four repetitions by using soil culture experiment for 20 d.Plant height, leaf length, root fresh weight, chlorophyll, identification were observed this study. The data gained run through ANOVA, followed randomized complete block design (RCBD).Overall, types polymers affect growth rice plants.HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) showed no effect elongation compared to LDPE (Low PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) although still reduced plant (27 HDPE, 36 LDPE), weight (20 33 PVC, 25 LDPE) total chlorophyll (72.5 33.3 19.8 LDPE).HDPE tend require longer time fragment into sizes other microplastics, soe not accumulated thoroughly roots.Further research should be carried out treating organic matter earthworms bioremediate MPs.
