Achieving Inclusion: University Staff Working in Third Space Between Academic and Professional Spheres of Activity

The article reflects on the case of staff employed academic and professional contracts in UK universities who work areas activity that are not aligned precisely to either domain, sometimes referred as “third space.” Examples given teaching‐only people educational research development roles.
