The impact of ICT on social workers' well-being: a mixed methods research DOI

Purpose This study aims to investigate the impact of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on well-being Tunisian social workers. Design/methodology/approach Resources (JD-R) theory. Urban governance aims to enhance overall social welfare, while residents' happiness frequently falls by the wayside. Civilization, as a critical factor influencing happiness, has not yet been fully understood regarding its impact and mechanisms. This paper uses China Family Panel Studies data, which includes around 50,000 samples ranging from 2010 2020, construct multi-period difference-in-differences model. It finds that China's highest honor for urban brands, civilized city program, leads an average increase of 2.6% in measured life satisfaction. effect is robust but temporary, gradually diminishing within five years following honor. The heterogeneous across different waves sizes effective only residents. Mechanism analysis indicates program through three channels: government efforts, trust, identity recognition. Additionally, our research initiative improves perception environmental quality reduces income inequality. These findings provide insights into understanding how civilization tournament policy promotes happiness.

ABSTRACT BACKGROUND: Neuroleadership in nursing is a specialized leadership approach that integrates insights from social neuroscience with practices, aiming to proficiently lead healthcare teams enhance patient care, staff productivity, and organizational outcomes. Yet, the exploration of neuroleadership remains limited. AIM: The aim this study was provide an analysis concept its implications context. METHODS: Walker Avant's 8-step methodology used for analysis, including identifying concept, clarifying purpose exploring uses defining attributes, model contrary cases, antecedents consequences, empirical referents.
