In
an
era

digital
transformation
(DGT)
is
pivotal
for
organizational
resilience
and
competitiveness,
integrating
sustainability
into
the
digitalization
process

resource-based
view
(RBV)
dynamic
capability
theory
(DCT),
this
study
delves
micro-foundations
of
DGT
in
medium-
large-sized
enterprises,

managerial
literacy

management

digital
literacy
research
within
higher
education

Islamic
perspective
