In a quest to illuminate Kazakhstan’s economic horizon within sustainable context, this study delved into the complex interplay of tech innovation, investment in infrastructure, and natural resource management. The assesses potential for green economy development by introducing adoption practices as mediator corporate social responsibility moderator examined relationships. Research background: European Union (EU) economies need to enhance sustainable supply chains (SSCs) through digitalisation realise development goals (SDGs). The digital revolution has fundamentally changed how businesses create value. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs), with their limited resources, must adapt to this new landscape maintain a competitive edge through transformation (DT). This paper explores SMEs can build sustainable advantage (SCA) via DT. Using the WOS Core Collection database, we conducted comprehensive review bibliometric analysis, examining 1,856 articles on SCA, detailed focus 57 that specifically address findings show DT enhances SMEs' innovation dynamic capabilities, helping them overcome resource constraints better respond market shifts.
