In order to achieve the ‘dual carbon’ goal, based on DEMATEL-ISM model, 19 main factors affecting carbon emissions of prefabricated buildings were preliminarily identified from five dimensions, including government decision-making, technical environment, social economy, energy consumption, and market supply demand. The logical relationship, hierarchical structure, importance between clarified, finally, four influencing determined. According causal feedback relationship above in system flow 2010 2030, eight different control scenarios proposed, impact change trend each scenario reduction analyzed. research results show that key for include 14 outcome 5 cause factors, are drivers. They standard specification system, incremental cost buildings, investment scientific technological innovation, level integrated technology. structurally stratified essential superficial tiers. first tier is surface factor buildings. Investment innovation second third tiers, technology causes transition. at fourth factor. Finally, data related Yunnan, China, verified regulatory scenarios, study can effectively reveal emission transmission path which provide a reference development strategies.

The rapid pace of urbanisation has heightened the need for sustainable urban regeneration projects on a global scale. These primarily aim to address increasing demand buildings and cultivate liveable environments. Over years, substantial amount data been collected analysed as result various efforts. indicate that success transformation is influenced by wide range interconnected factors rather than mere creation new areas meet demand. primary objective this study carry out comprehensive systematic literature review assesses effectiveness (SUR) projects. This examines existing factors, including policies, management practices, economic considerations, while also highlighting frequently overlooked elements such climate change. Moreover, investigates how these influence SUR initiatives seeks identify their overall impact Specifically, it explores common challenges encountered, criteria performance evaluation, strategies lead successful emphasising interconnections. An in-depth assessment provided, focusing indicators across multiple dimensions: social, cultural, economic, environmental, physical. A novel organisation involving all stakeholders addressing change proposed ensure Lastly, findings highlight gaps in current literature, offering valuable insights future research identifying potential directions further exploration.

A significant portion of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are usually allocated to the construction sector, which plays a vital role in many economies. SMEs currently face serious concerns regarding pursuit sustainability. Limited financial resources (FRs) frequently prevent from implementing sustainable practices. Therefore, these should mitigate expenses invest environmentally friendly initiatives. Enhancing developing ways accelerate Turkish SMEs’ shift toward sustainability is vital. Moreover, adopting artificial intelligence (AI) green innovation strategies (GISs) can boost competitive advantage (SCA) lead them success. This study utilized natural resource-based view theory (NRBV), developed compensate for RBV’s shortcomings by incorporating environment into framework. uses structural equation modeling (SEM) examine causal effect between variables based on responses received 228 executives within Turkey’s sector. The findings this reveal that FRs significantly impact SCA among SMEs, while GIS serves as mediator relationship. Additionally, moderating AI adoption promotes development industry. because it contributes body knowledge relationship study’s constructs align with Sustainable Development Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, Infrastructure), presented United Nations 2015. goal robust infrastructure, encourages inclusive industrialization, stimulates SME Although have been studied individually previous studies, integrates thorough framework emphasizes function SCA, interaction adoption. offers useful information managers, stakeholders, politicians, leaders, enabling make well-informed decisions about
